72 on Vyfer offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a family holiday home, situated in De Kelders near Gansbaai. The villa offers stunning ocean views, making it possible to whale watch from the patio or balcony. The villa is conveniently located just a short stroll from the rocky shoreline and the Klipgat Caves, and the hiking trail to Die Plaat Nature Reserve is easily accessible.

The house offers ample indoor and outdoor entertainment areas for family and friends to braai, for the children to play games, or just to rest and relax around the swimming pool.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 guests. On the first floor, the large main bedroom contains a king-size bed, a gas-heated fireplace and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom is on the first floor and contains 2 single beds. This bedroom has access to an adjacent bathroom with a shower. The third en-suite bedroom is on the ground floor, and has a queen-size bed and a small office desk, ideal for work-from-home getaways. The fourth bedroom has 2 single beds and an adjoining bathroom with a shower.

The house includes a fully equipped upstairs, open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a spacious lounge with a gas-heated fireplace. The kitchen features fine finishes and appliances and is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and convention oven, a kettle, and a toaster. It has a separate scullery with a dishwasher.

On the ground floor is another lounge area with indoor braai facilities, a games area with a pool table and table tennis table, a small kitchenette with a beverage cooler and washing basin, and another dining room area. The washing machine, tumble-dryers and cleaning materials are located in a separate washing room area.

Additional features include a TV with a full selection of DStv channels, Wi-Fi, and beach towels. The house also features 2 outside braai areas, one on each floor, as well as an enclosed outdoor dining area overlooking the swimming pool and ocean.
