78 Beach Road is a newly renovated self-catering house that offers accommodation to friends or family with a beautiful 180-degree sea view. This house is perfectly located in Kleinmond, a mere 4-minute drive from the Kleinmond blue flag status beach, and is designed for the ultimate holiday experience where family memories of a lifetime are made.

This beautiful 3-bedroom house has a sleeping capacity of 6 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom comprises a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These rooms share the use of a bathroom that is fitted with a bath and hand-held shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided. The back entertainment area has a sleeper couch for children and a bathroom with a shower and can be converted into a sunny fourth bedroom.

The house comprises an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area with an indoor braai area that can be used as a fireplace for the cold months. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob and electric oven, microwave, basic crockery, and cutlery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s also a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer in a separate scullery. Leading from the kitchen is the dining area that features an 8-seater dining table with chairs and a TV. The lovely living room has comfy couches and a beautiful view overlooking the ocean. There’s another smaller lounge area with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. An inverter (backup system) ensures that power outages don’t affect the quality of the guest's stay.

The front patio doors open wide onto a large deck that has extraordinary views of the lush seaside greenery and the cool surf splashing on the rocks. Towards the back of the house, expansive sliding doors lead to a quaint splash pool and terraced garden. An added bonus is a huge open stand being part of the property, where kids enjoy themselves. There’s also an outdoor shower that enables cooling down or washing the sand off after a day at the beach.

Secure parking is available on the property and the property is secure with an alarm system. Kleinmond offers nature trails, various bars, and restaurants. The location is ideal for those wishing to explore Overberg and all it has to offer.
