801 Flatrock

Our stay was not pleasant at all, and we possibly should be given a refund.

We had a horrible and regrettable stay at 801 Flatrock. The customer service was almost non-existent. We found that the second bedroom was not ready and prepared. We called the host 6 times, and he promised to sort it out but never did until we slept at 21h30. The water was also cold, and we had to bathe with it. The place has only one small pot, although it is regarded as a self-catering. We struggled to prepare food.

Just okay.

Enjoyed my stay.

They need to change the bed in the main bedroom and have additional bedding/pillows, and have a kitchen bin in the kitchen.

Comfortable. Relaxing.

I enjoyed the place. It had secure parking. The place was cozy and easy to check in. My only issue was that the aircon kept leaking and flooding the kitchen, which was very frustrating, and there was no mop to clean up, which resulted in us using the towels.

Great stay with beautiful space and views.

The apartment is lovely and so spacious! We had a great stay in a prime location with a stunning view of Table Mountain! The apartment block is safe and has security downstairs. Overall a great experience!

Dit was baie lekker gebly. Baie sentraal. Twee veilige parkeerplekke was baie welkom. Die woonstel is groot en modern. Dit kan doen met 'n paar ekstra drinkglase. Dit is raserig in die aand, maar dit is die natuur van die ligging. Waarde vir geld.

Gerieflik, aangenaam.

Hierdie is 'n pragtige woonstel wat die sak pas en sentraal geleë is. Brendan is 'n wonderlike gasheer en is bereid om enige vrae te beantwoord, alhoewel die kommunikasie vooraf baie deeglik is en dit nie sommer sal nodig wees om hom te kontak nie. Ons was beïndruk met die kombuis wat so goed toegerus is. Die mooiste uitsig oor Tafelberg!

Frustrated.

I was disappointed with the plugs that went off; I couldn't charge any phones or use the microwave, TV, etc. There was no door tag for the elevator. We had to take the lift down to the 2nd floor and walk back up to the 3rd floor in order to get to our car, which was very annoying considering we had luggage with us. The balcony door doesn't lock.

Spaces are clean and very affordable, easy to access.

The place was better than I expected, very spacious and decent.
