Located in the popular Bloubergstrand, 801 Ocean View is a beautiful penthouse occupying the eighth floor of the secure Ocean View apartment building boasting panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Table Mountain.

This air-conditioned penthouse can accommodate a total of 5 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms which have direct access to the spacious balcony. The main suite is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, double vanity and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom contains a three-quarter bed. These 2 rooms share the second bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan living area features ocean views throughout as well as a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, ice machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble-dryer are available in the separate scullery.

Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a cosy lounge space with comfy seating and a TV as well as a dining space that can seat 8 guests. There is another lounge area which is ideal for relaxing with a cup of tea or coffee.

Through the sliding doors of the dining area, there is a large balcony with outdoor seating as well as a built-in braai which is where guests will be spending most of their time while fully admiring the views. Guests are afforded secure underground parking in 2 lock-up garages.
