House Rules
- Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, powdered milk, shampoo, hand soap, body lotion, dishwashing liquid, sanitiser, black refuse bags, and toilet paper are provided for guests arrival only.
- No smoking is permitted inside the accommodation.
- Regrettably, pets cannot be accommodated.
- Only the designated braai facilities and areas are to be used for these purposes.
- Kindly only use the designated parking area to park your vehicle.
- Parents are responsible for looking after children, especially in high-risk areas such as the stairs, balconies, and the swimming pool.
- The use of fireworks is strictly forbidden.
- Quiet time shall be observed between 22:00 and 07:00 on weekdays and between 14:00 and 16:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
- The balance please need to be paid before arrival; proof of payment is required before check-in.
- The credit card used to make the booking needs to be presented at check-in, as well as a copy of the owner's ID and/or Passport.
- The apartment makes use of pre-paid electricity and units will be provided on arrival. Guests need to top up themselves as required, and the same amount received on check-in must be loaded when departing.
- The apartment offers access to Netflix and Showmax, and guests please need to use their own login details.
- To view DStv, guests are welcome to bring their decoder, remote and smart card.
