Great, peaceful, comfortable.

My stay was great. The apartment was nice and spacious, clean and very central to grocery stores, bars, etc. The bed was great. My only issue was the WiFi. It kept disconnecting and needed to be reconnected. It seems as though it's a WiFi shared by the entire building.

Ons verwagtinge was oortref! Dankie!

Goeie en gereelde kommunikasie van die eienaar, maklike in-klok en veilige parkering. Die plek het regtig ons verwagtinge oortref! Dit was netjies, skoon, absoluut pragtig en alles wat ons kon nodig hê was daar. Dit is die perfekste ligging as jy die stad wil verken, met Tiger's Milk reg langs, oulike ontbytplek naby en natuurlik, stapafstand na Groenpunt Stadion. Daar is ook 'n spa by die hotel wat 'n lekker ekstra bederf kan wees. Kan dit regtig aanbeveel en sal beslis terug gaan!

Good and regular communication from the owner, easy check-in and safe parking. The place really exceeded our expectations! It was neat, clean, absolutely beautiful and everything we could need was there. It's the perfect location if you want to explore the city, with Tiger's Milk right next door, cute breakfast place nearby and of course, walking distance to Groenpunt Stadium. There is also a spa at the hotel which can be a nice extra treat. Can really recommend and will definitely go back!

Beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at 803 Cape Royale. It was centrally located, and we were able to get everywhere with ease. The accommodation was as depicted in the pictures - beautiful and spacious. The room wasn't serviced, though I'm not sure what that was about, and we were just too busy to complain.

The Cape Royal apartment is very beautiful.

However, I was very disappointed in the personnel's hospitality towards me and my partner. On arrival, we could not enter the apartment because of unclear instructions from the receptionist. The operators at the gate were also delaying our stay as we had to wait numerous times for them to open the gates for us. On top of that we could not check in on time because the cleaner was still busy cleaning the apartment. And the no notes on the Wi-Fi connections in the apartment. We therefore could not enjoy our stay as we imagined.
