The stay was fantastic.

The stay was good except on the 04th, the room was assigned to someone else, and eventually the problem was solved. However, staying on the premises was enjoyable. Our room was not very clean this time around. I believe the previous occupants left it dirty. The toilet was not properly cleaned.

On the 27th October 2023, I reached out to the hotel at 10:28 and then I sent another message at 15:25 as I was getting no response at all. I was then advised that I would be going to Room 808 due to there being an error, which I was only informed of two weeks later about a double booking. I understand the situation, but when I questioned it, the following was said to me (see below). So if I hadn't reached out, nothing would have been said to me then? [10/27, 18:08] Hotel Hosted: I am so sorry about this. I am not sure how the unit had confirmed because the person has been there for over two weeks as well. [10/27, 18:09] Hotel Hosted: So we did not want you to come and be surprised as there is someone inside already. Upon arrival, after being told I can check in after 2pm or 3pm, I arrived just after 3 and had to sit there for more than an hour for the room to be cleaned as they dropped the cleaning lady off late. The WiFi details that were given to me were not working for the entire 3 days that I was there, so I ended up using my own data. However, the Netflix was working, which I couldn't understand. When I checked, it was connected to a different WiFi router. The description of what the room offers said there would be a coffee maker: French press, but there was nothing. The central air conditioning was not working, or maybe I just didn't know how to use it. The kitchen was supposed to have coffee, tea, etc., but very little of this was given, even though the cleaning lady brought me a few more coffee sachets. All in all, the stay was okay, but I was just unhappy about those things!
