Normally when someone does book for 2 adults in the Budget Room, we do remind them it's our smallest room and that we do have much bigger rooms available. We were unaware that you were 2 adults, as you booked and paid for only 1 adult. It was previously advertised for 1 adult only, but we have a lot of couples that prefer the Budget Room if it's just for a quick visit.
On all our sites we do mention that the Budget Room is our cheapest, smallest room we have, with a gallery of photos to show the space in the room.
We are extremely busy during the week, and weekends are a bit quieter, we are so sorry that it felt dark and lifeless.
