This double-storey self-catering house comprises 5 bedrooms, 5 en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely lounge, and an entertainment room. It has a sleeping capacity of 10 guests and is ideal for larger families or groups of friends. The main, second, and third bedrooms are stylishly furnished with a queen-size bed and each has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The fourth bedroom also has a queen-size bed while the fifth is furnished with a king-size bed. Both of these bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen downstairs is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, gas hob, basic crockery and cutlery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The scullery is equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There’s also a 10-seater dining room table with chairs, as well as an indoor braai area leading from the kitchen. The house has a living and entertainment area with comfortable couches, a pool table, and a flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels that overlooks the picturesque Marina Martinique. This house spoils with a separate office space. Access to free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
This property boasts a lovely patio that has outdoor furniture, a beautiful day bed, a jacuzzi, and a firepit offering majestic views of the marina. Safe parking is available on the premises and a generator is used to keep the house unaffected by power outages.
