This 1-bedroom apartment is located on the front of the property, separately from the main house with its own entrance and street parking in front of the apartment and accommodating 2 adults. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower. Two couches for children are available in the lounge. Linen and towels are provided.

The open-plan kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, 2-plate gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee- and tea-making facilities. Additionally, there are 2 comfy couches, a 4 seater dining table, rechargeable lights, a gas geyser, and free Wi-Fi available. It has a patio at the front door with portable braai facilities.
