Zaitoon was extremely helpful and friendly. The flat was very cosy and clean.

It's a very beautiful place, especially the garden. Zaitoon was very kind and made us feel welcome from the time we set foot in the flat until leaving. We will definitely book again.

Amazing place and most generous host ever.

The baddest ever.

The people kept knocking the next day despite the fact that I had arrived a little after midnight. There was supposed to be a queen bed but I found twin single beds. For an additional person the room was charged double although the beds were still single until I suggested a sheet to close them together.

Firstly you booked for 1 person and paid for 1 person, and arrived with a lady friend. It is clearly stated on the website the accommodation for 2 people is R880. You emailed me before arriving about the place for another friend and I clearly told you about the 2 single beds in the room. It was my suggestion, not yours, to go and buy a king size fitted and flat to make you more comfortable. I asked if it was better and you said yes. You did not have the courtesy to inform us that you are arriving after midnight and we had to stay awake for your very late arrival. I knocked on the flat door after 10 am the next morning to sort out the extra person, that you had to pay for. Your reasoning regarding the extra charge is completely irrational. We charge per person per night as stipulated on the website.

2. The breakage deposit of R 500.00 is on my website... it is regrettably that the guest did not see it. I phoned Travelgound when she mentioned that there is nothing on my website and they confirmed that it is there. I did not insist that she pay it and left it at that. I am very surprised that she is aggrieved about it because it was not even an issue for me.
3. She arrived that Sunday evening, left early the Monday morning for her training and only came back on the Tuesday evening, as she had to spend the Monday evening in Wellington for her training there on the Tuesday. She left early on the Wednesday morning for her training again and came home late in the evening. Spent another night and booked out on the Thursday morning. With so little time spent in the flat, it did not warrant much cleaning.

Friendly, peaceful stay we had.

We stayed with Olive and her family for 3 weeks. I found the apartment catered to our needs and the setting was peaceful, quiet and very convenient for our needs. When we come back to visit I would love the opportunity to be able to stay with them again. Going to miss their quiet hospitality. It felt like home. I would definitely recommend them.
