We were received very courteously by the host and hostess. Their son was so kind to help with the luggage. The accommodation is absolutely impeccable. Silverware, lovely crockery, beautiful bed linen and towels, and every imaginable implement in the kitchen; lovely bed, and comfortable armchairs, with a 2-seater bench on the verandah to look out over the beautiful valley. We were informed when the couple dated, and always knew what was expected of us. The couple understands the art of leaving guests to their own devices, but at the same time making guests feel at ease that they are not left to fend for themselves. We have the highest appreciation and respect for the household. It was a very very pleasant stay.

Baie lekker privaat en rustig.

Hi Brandon, thank you for your review it is greatly appreciated. However could you please advise what we can do to improve our customer service since we have provided tea, coffee, complimentary snacks and complimentary flowers that you requested. With regards to the Wi-Fi which was not offered as a complimentary service has since been extended to reach the unit without problems and is available as a complimentary service. With regards to location, Montagu is regarded as a tourist destination with the famous Route 62 running through it. Unfortunately, I am unable to do anything about the location. We are sorry you feel the way you regard value for money. Please note that I was not aware that you wanted to braai as there was a portable braai available had you requested.
