Addo Alkham Lodge is situated in the middle of a 2500-hectare wildlife eco-reserve, which is the home to 3 lions. There are 3 electric gates guests need to access to get to the house which also borders the Addo Elephant National Park, situated about 25 km away. The lodge is perfect for families or friends who want to stay together as a group.
This holiday home sleeps 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living area, and a swimming pool. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms also have a king-size bed. The second bathroom is also fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin, and there’s also a guest toilet.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s a dining table with chairs where guests can enjoy their meals together, and this area further extends into the open-plan living area that has comfortable seating, a bar, a pool table and a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is also available. There’s an indoor braai area and pizza oven, and guests can cool down in the shared swimming pool on a hot day.
The wrap-around wooden deck outdoors leads to the garden with a children’s play area and trampoline. Guests can unwind on the spacious lawn where chickens and other birdlife roam. Secure parking is available on the premises.
