Die eenheid was 'n groot teleurstelling.

Die eenheid het bykans geen breekware gehad nie. Ons het betaal vir 5 persone maar daar was 3 koffiebekers, 2 pap bakkies, 3 glase om maar net 'n paar voorbeelde te noem. Ons moes gaan koffiebekers koop net om as 'n gesin te kan saam koffie drink en kon glad nie in die eenheid enige etes voorberei nie. Die eenheid stink verskriklik na rook en in die een vensterbank het nog 'n klomp sigarette gelê. Ook baie kakkerlakke in die eenheid. Daar is ook nie enige koninggrote-beddens soos wat op die beskrywing gegee word nie. Die een kamer was 'n queen-size bed en die derde kamer slegs 'n dubbelbed. Die WiFi en Netflix het nie gewerk nie. The unit had almost no crockery. We paid for 5 people but there were 3 coffee mugs, 2 porridge bowls, 3 glasses to name just a few examples. We had to go and buy coffee mugs just to be able to drink coffee together as a family and could not prepare any meals in the unit at all. The unit reeked terribly of smoke and there were still loads of cigarettes lying on one windowsill. Also lots of cockroaches in the unit. There are also not any king size beds as given on the description. One room was a queen-size bed and the third room only a double bed. The WiFi and Netflix didn't work. We had trouble checking in upon arrival and had to call the agents to sort it out. Definitely would not recommend the unit.
