Perfect relaxing stay in nature.

The homestead is a fantastic house and we had just the best time relaxing in the sun on the grass, walking through the farm and playing in the small dam. Just the best end to a busy year.

Lovely break with family and friends in a rustic setting.

We had a cold couple of nights but the gas heater and blankets kept us warm. Loved the walk to the waterfall and the pristine setting.

Great stay with little hassle and much to do.

We enjoyed the Riverside Cottage. It was practical and functional and as such good value for money. We appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and minimal interference. The wine tour at the farm was great.

This is the perfect place to go if you want to get away from it all. The scenery is breathtaking, the hosts super friendly and helpful, the accommodation great and there are lots of things to do in and around. Besides, it is pet friendly! I have already booked again!

Stunning location with simple accommodation.

The accommodation was simple, yet wonderful. It had everything we needed and it felt very private. The lapa and ablutions were more than adequate. We had a great time hiking and relaxing. It was amazing to get away for a few days. Thank you for a great stay!

Best family stay ever! So much for the kids to do!

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. There was so much for the kids to do and they take care of every detail (even kids-size life jackets with the canoes at the dam!) The owner was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

A hidden gem on the West Coast Wild Route.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Alpha Excelsior. Cara (our hostess) was always on hand via WhatsApp in case we needed anything. We chose the venue for it's relative seclusion and the stunning beauty of the surrounding area. It certainly didn't disappoint. Highlights for us would have to be stargazing into the picture perfect night sky, swimming in the nearby waterfall on the property and the many hiking trails in the area - the rock art on the Sevilla Trail is a definite must-see. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.
