Alpha 102 is a charming apartment situated on the foot of Signal Hill overlooking Sea Point, perfectly located within walking distance of the beach.

Boasting stunning ocean views, and a beautiful sunset, this unit is perfect for a quick getaway. The unit can sleep 4 guests comfortably, and comprises 2 tastefully furnished bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and makes use of the guest’s bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Crisp white linen and towels are provided.

The modernly designed open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and a lovely coffee machine, and features a breakfast island. In a separate scullery, there’s a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer for guests’ convenience.
