This luxury apartment can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms, 2 modernly designed bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The main bedroom features air-conditioning and boasts a lovely balcony with sea views. It is stylishly furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed and share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Crisp linen and towels are provided.
The modernly designed air-conditioned open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a centrally located breakfast island with stools. In a separate scullery, there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher for guests’ convenience. The kitchen leads to a lovely 8-seater dining table with chairs where guests can enjoy a lovely family dinner. The living room is furnished with comfortable couches and a smart TV with free Wi-Fi access.
Throughout the big sliding doors of the living room, guests walk out to a spacious wrap-around balcony boasting the most breathtaking views of the ocean. This property also offers some history at its core. It has a former 19th century fortified battery from the Anglo-Russian conflict. The battery’s tunnel network was restored and repurposed into an underground wine cellar. This relic serves as a live-in exhibition, the first and only of its kind in the city featuring a central display with lounge seating and wine-tasting tables.
