Alte Villa is a historical boutique guest house in Luderitz. This charming villa has been lovingly restored to its previous beauty, and offers comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation in 7 guest rooms.

Each room has been individually decorated and has its own particular charm. Each room has an en-suite bathroom and is equipped with free Wi-Fi. Coffee and a wide variety of tea is available throughout the day at the tea and coffee station, and a continental Namibian breakfast is served in the dining area each morning.

Luderitz is a quaint harbour town with an array of historical German-style buildings built during the Diamond Rush. The Luderitz area is home to a wide variety of aquatic birds. Large numbers of flamingos, cormorants and seagulls inhabit the shallow lagoon. When sailing in the bay, seals and dolphins can be seen playing in the water. The rocky coastline has many uncrowded beaches and numerous small bays and reefs to explore.
