House Rules
- Unfortunately, no children under the age of 6 can be accommodated.
- Amanzi Island Lodge welcomes well-behaved children over the age of 6 years old.
- Children aged between 6 and 18 pay 100% of the sharing rate.
- The lodge has a communal swimming pool that is not fenced, and the safety of children is the responsibility of their parents or guardians, and children need to be watched at all times.
- No pets permitted.
- The in-house Terrace restaurant is open for breakfast from 8:00 to 9:30, lunch from 12:30 to 15:00, and dinner from 18:00 to 21:00. Dinner orders to be placed 1 hour in advance.
- The rates exclude laundry, drinks, internet and telephone usage.
- The swimming pool at the Kingfisher Suite is for the exclusive use of that suite, however, there is a second swimming pool on the premises for other guests to make use of.
Cancellation Policy - Custom
A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. In the event of the reservation being cancelled:
- less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, Amanzi Lodge will retain the full deposit.
- from 7 - 13 days prior to the arrival date, Amanzi Lodge will retain 85% of the deposit.
- from 14 - 20 days prior to the arrival date, Amanzi Lodge will retain 75% of the deposit.
- from 21 - 28 days prior to the arrival date, Amanzi Lodge will retain 50% of the deposit.
- 29 days or more prior to the arrival date, Amanzi Lodge will refund the deposit in full less credit card/ bank charges on the transactions.
