Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 will be required, which will be refunded within 5 days after inspection if there is no damage.
A once-off non-refundable cleaning fee of R350 is also payable before arrival.
Please note that smoking inside the unit is strictly forbidden and is subject to a penalty without any exception to the rules.
The owner and management of Anchor Bay 3 shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage incurred.
Please note that there is no DStv in this unit, but Wi-Fi and Netflix included.
Guests need to bring their own beach/swimming towels.
