Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the establishment.

Please note that the stairlift is not a toy, if the stairlift is required it must be included in the enquiry to get permission.
Please note that DStv can not play in both rooms at the same time.
There is a backup generator and a JoJo tank in case of municipal problems.
There will be a short 3-page security and informational disclaimer contract sent for the usage of the unit, this includes personal information required to register when booking into the estate enabling entrance as it is a secured estate.
No Smoking in the unit. Guests can smoke outside and no littering of cigarette buds will be tolerated.
No loud music and noises are allowed on the premises.
Children and disabled persons must be supervised at the pool.
Guests are responsible to clean the braai facilities after using them.
A full inventory list will be handed over and must be checked upon arrival and departure; the key deposit will then be refunded.
Cars must be parked in their designated parking spaces.
The speed limit of a max of 20 km/h is allowed.
Cleaning services can be requested on certain days at an additional cost.
Our admin fee is higher as we need to register your contact number and vehicle to access the gates and the cleaning of linen and towels.
