I will definitely be coming back! It's definitely a gem of the Midlands!

I loved the old world charm of the hotel, and the porter is such a welcome surprise who sets the tone for the visit. He's an asset! Meal time was prompt and efficient with Elcome, who gave us lots of interesting fun facts about the hotel.
