Restful.

On arrival at Huntersrest, the visit from Lekkeslaap did not go through. they knew NOTHING about our reservation. Luckily I still had the proof of payment on my phone. they didn't even pick up the reference number or anything on their system. It was quite embarrassing. luckily they were able to help us with 2 more rooms for the family. I would like some feedback on what went wrong here please. Greetings anri van fuuren.
