Comfortable, clean, good value for money, pleasant.

The guest house is centrally situated, welcoming, friendly, and accommodating staff, rooms are comfortable and clean.

Only stayed one night, property was clean and nice.

Kitchen staff just very noisy when cleaning up, we stayed in room 1 and could hear very cup, glass and plate being washed and packed away. The soundproofing is not great.
