House Rules
1. The number of occupants in each unit is limited to strictly 4 guests
2. One numbered parking bay is limited to each unit. Furthermore there is street parking
3.Noise levels at the pool is to be maintained at a reasonable level at all times.
4.No ball games or sports are allowed and no running around the pool is permitted.
5.No glass objects are permitted in the pool. Children under 10 years must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool.
6. Guests are expected to keep noise levels to a minimum.
7. The riding of bicycles and use of roller skates or skateboards are prohibited on the property.
8.A braai facility has been provided for use by all guests. Kindly ensure that fires are properly extinguished after use.
9. Guests shall ensure that refuse is only disposed of in the bins provided in the refuse room. Refuse should be securely wrapped in a bag prior to disposal.
10.Littering is strictly prohibited on the premises
11. Apartment 18 is a non-smoking apartment.
