Blissful and peaceful with a great view of the Vaal Dam.

Thank you for a wonderful stay from 29th March-1st April 2024. The accommodation was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. Meryiam, who cleaned daily, was very helpful if we needed anything. It would have been nice, though, to have a TV and microwave in the accommodation. The accommodation also has a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, which was very convenient.

We had a fun time. Fireplace was great during winter and was awesome being close to the dam.

The house cleaner was very thorough and the place was well-kept.

Thank you very much for your feedback and the compliment with regards to the cleanliness. Could it have been that you looked at the pictures of our other guest houses, Aqua View 19 Guest House, that was fully booked already? You arrived early in the morning on a public holiday. Miriam, the lady responsible for cleaning, was still on her way to work. An indemnity form was emailed to you twice that was not sent back to Ella. No forms get filled in on arrival as everything is done at head office, Parys.

We had other guests that were booked in previously to you, a bachelor party. They had caused the damage to the shower doors and gate motor. I was informed about the gate and had someone come out and fix it. Unfortunately Deneysville is far away from anyone who can fix the gate and this took two weeks to repair. Both showers have been fixed now.
