The spacious main bedroom offers a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The third bedroom consists of a queen-size bed, and its ensuite is fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The remaining bedroom is furnished with a children's bunk bed. The house has 2 extra bathrooms, one fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet, and the other with a washbasin, toilet, and a shower over the bath. Additionally, a guest bathroom is available, fitted with a toilet and washbasin.

The modern open-plan kitchen, accompanied by a 6-seater dining table, is fully furnished with a stove, double oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, crockery, and cutlery. The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating, a TV, along with complimentary Wi-Fi. The property has solar panels as well as an inverter system for power outages.

Also available on the property is a large dedicated office above the garage where one can quietly reflect, write, draw, or work from home while enjoying the views of the peninsula mountains.
