Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
- Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
- Please note no noise after 22:00 out of respect for the neighbors as the house is situated in a residential area. Parking is provided on the premises.
- A breakage deposit is required, but guests are expected to replace the item broken at their expense. If not, the breakage deposit will be used. All breakages are to be reported to Simone; the number will be provided once booking is confirmed.
- Children are welcome and must be supervised by their parents at all times. Please kindly advise children that the plants and flowers must not be pulled out, but they are welcome to play anywhere on the premises. Please note jumping on the beds and furniture is not permitted.
- The dining room chairs must not go outside; there have been adequate chairs provided for outside use.
- Please do not ride on the chairs this causes them to break.
- Irresponsible and inconsiderate behavior will not be tolerated.
- No smoking inside the house or flat please.
- Please do not leave any of the air-conditioners on when you are not in the room.
- Please try to keep windows and doors closed as there are monkey’s in the area. Close all doors and windows when you leave the house and/or flat
- If you need help from the domestic lady, Yvonne is available at a set fee per day which can be arranged when booking. Poor housekeeping and unhygienic living conditions are not acceptable. The cleaning is at extra cost and must be arranged with Simone Vos.
- Please do not change the TV settings.
- Please do not take the bathroom towels to the beach.
- Things to bring with you: swimming towels and your surf board.
Swimming Pool Rules:
No smoking in the pool.
No eating or drinking in the pool.
No jumping off the deck into the pool.
No running or diving around the pool.
No pets allowed in the pool.
All children under the age of 12 years-old must be supervised by an adult.
No glass bottles allowed in or around the pool area.
Toddlers must wear swim-proof diapers.
