Wellington is a historic town surrounded by beautiful mountains. The well-known Bainskloof Pass is also just outside the town. More information about the town and its history can be viewed at the Wellington Museum and the famous Breytenbach Centre. Several wineries and restaurants are nearby and open for wine tasting and delicious meals. There are also several hiking and biking trails in the area.
