Very uncomfortable and annoying.

Extremely noisy from the school next door, with activities ranging from weed eaters and leaf blowers to loud talking security guards at the school entrance from 7 am onwards. Additionally, there were cars hooting and children shouting. Parking was limited to those with a parking permit, causing stress about potential fines. Unpacking and packing suitcases on a busy road with a steep incline to the apartment was challenging. There was no provision for load shedding, no torch, and no willingness to assist when we called the owner. Furthermore, there was no bath mat, and water was dragged into the living area after showering. The kettle lid was broken, and the containers for sugar and coffee were shabby and unappealing. The absence of a WiFi password, biscuits, or rusks was disappointing for an exhausted traveller. There was no cupboard for clothes, no cleaning service, and the plates and beds were left unwashed and unmade. The presence of small berries on the walkways posed a potential hazard, and the decks were not cleaned. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience for a wonderful city like Cape Town.

Perfect for our needs.

The apartment was clean and modern and perfectly located for our short stay. My 11 year old daughter and I loved the urban feel and the great location. We would definitely use it again and would be interested if you could accommodate a family of 4.
