Firstly, I want to thank you for your review. I do, however, feel like it might be a bit unfair.
We designed the cabin on an off-grid solution. The only part of the cabin running off electricity is lights and a few plugs. With that said, we did experience extreme winter weather conditions that led to the power outage.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the power outage. We did react to this as quickly as we could and had a backup inverter & battery solution with you within an hour since you contacted us.
With regard to the security complaint. We are surprised by this as it's the first complaint of this kind. Our cabin is open, secluded and surrounded by nature.
We have wildlife roaming freely across the farm. If that makes you feel unsafe, we are truly sorry.
