Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
The maximum occupancy for the unit is 6 guests, including children.
Quiet hours are 20:00 - 08:00. Please refrain from creating excessive noise, including but not limited to playing loud music or TV, hosting parties, large gatherings of individuals, or engaging in any behaviour that may disturb the peace of other guests.
Smoking is prohibited inside, only on the balcony.
No laundry may be displayed on the balcony.
The refuse must be placed in bags and taken to the refuse bin area.
Guests may not deposit or throw any litter whatsoever on the common property or over a balcony - especially cigarette butts.
The cost of breakages will be charged to the guests.
Day visitors must be approved by the Host. No access codes will be provided unless a total number of visitors, as well as entrance and exit times are provided.
Guest parking is strictly limited to that allocated to the unit and to those marked "visitors".
Any form of abuse, whether verbal, physical, or otherwise to Balize residents or Balize security personnel is unacceptable and will result in guests being escorted off the premises with immediate effect.
