This is a double-storey home, with the accommodation on offer for 2 guests with the run of the property excluding the upstairs bedrooms. The downstairs sections offer a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, with a separate inter-leading TV lounge, and a separate guest toilet.
The downstairs bedroom contains a king-size bed and a shower en-suite with a toilet and washbasin. The guest bathroom contains a toilet and washbasin. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, and a scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining room overlooks the pool. The lounge contains seating and a fireplace. Off the living is a separate enclosed TV room with a flat-screen smart TV. The living area flows out to a covered patio with outdoor furniture and a built-in braai. The patio leads to an unfenced swimming pool with sun loungers, and a well-maintained garden as well as an alfresco outdoor beach shower.
Off the living area is an inter-leading single garage. Wi-Fi internet access is available. DStv Now App is featured on both smart TV's to access guests must use their own account login. An advanced power backup inverter is available to assist with TV, Wi-Fi, Lights and selected appliances like the fridge.
