House Rules
RULES/CONDITIONS
Only those who are booked into The Cottage are permitted to be on the property.
No pets allowed. Please do not bring pets of any nature with you on your holiday.
No smoking in the cottage.
NO glass in, near or around the pool at any time.
No bachelors parties, Hens parties or 21st parties.
This is a residential area so please ensure noise is kept at a respectful level at all times and does not disturb anyone else. Please remember residential rules stipulate 10:00 pm as a cut-off time for noise and neighbours should not be inconvenienced by noise.
Ensure you lock and alarm The Cottage when going out.
Please ensure you close the remote gate whenever you come in or leave.
Please be responsible at all times: We will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage to you or any of your possessions during your stay.
Do not feed the monkeys! Pack food away in cupboards or fridge out of sight. Close all windows and doors when going out as they will come in and steal anything edible that they can find.
Do not move the braai. It is where it is, in the ground, for a reason.
The Cottage is to be left in a respectable manner.
A fee will be charged for extra guests, if more than 4 guests wish to book.
