61 Settler Sands Beach Apartment is modern and centrally situated in the popular Settler Sands complex and is perfect for a getaway with friends or family.

This apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms upstairs. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. They share the use of the bathroom upstairs that is fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. There’s also a separate toilet downstairs. All linen and towels are provided.

The open-plan kitchen area downstairs is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. It expands into the cosy lounge area that has a dining table and chairs for 6 guests and comfy seating with a TV with OpenView channels. This opens up onto the lovely patio that has an outdoor braai area with furniture.
