Beach Villa is a spacious double-storey apartment located in St Francis Bay, just metres away from the private beach. This apartment boasts amazing sea views from the balcony, making it ideal for guests who are looking for a coastal getaway. The apartment is equipped with an inverter and is not affected by load shedding.
This apartment can sleep 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and 1 bunk bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom contains a king-size bed. The bedrooms are situated upstairs and both the main and second bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The third bedroom’s en-suite bathroom has both a bath and shower. There’s also a separate guest toilet.
The open-plan kitchen is situated downstairs and is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The scullery is equipped with a deep freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There's a dining table with chairs where guests can enjoy their meals with a view of the ocean and the living area is furnished with a lounge suite and a flat-screen TV. The glass stack doors open to the balcony which has outdoor furniture and braai facilities. Parking is available right next to the apartment.
