- Beachcombers Bed and Breakfast is a non-smoking establishment; a fine will be payable if any evidence of smoke is detected, and guests may be asked to leave. Ashtrays are provided on the patio area outdoors.
- Damages incurred must be paid for in full or replaced if possible.
- Unfortunately, children under the age of 6 years cannot be accommodated.
- The owners live on the premises with their pets, and other pets are, unfortunately, not allowed.
- Beachcombers Bed and Breakfast observes quiet hours from 20:00 to 08:00.
- Fresh linen and towels are provided for bookings longer than 3 nights, unless requested.
- Additional guests may not stay on the premises and rooms are limited to a maximum of 2 guests per room.
- Please note that guests will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by the establishment upon booking.
