Bella Vista Villa is a beautifully appointed Luxury Villa situated across the road from Kleinkrantz Beach, Wilderness.
This villa has a prime beachfront location, full sea views as well as dolphin and whale watching from the comfort of the home. Kleinkrantz is a popular destination for paragliding, long beach walks and fishing. Wilderness is within easy reach too, home to a variety of restaurants, shops and great swimming beaches.
Bella Vista Villa comprises 5 bedrooms, all en-suite, and accommodates up to 10 guests. There is a sleeper couch in the one room, which accommodates a maximum of two small children under 12 years old only – subject to an additional charge.
The house is split over 2 levels and includes an upstairs lounge area with sofas and a large flatscreen Smart TV, an 8-seater dining table and built-in braai facilities, all with full sea views. This room has sliding doors which lead onto a private sea-facing balcony with a plunge pool/heated Jacuzzi. Downstairs is a spacious open-plan room with a 10-seater dining table and fully equipped kitchen. There is a separate scullery with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher that has direct access to the garage. There is also a guest toilet and outdoor shower. Additional features include uncapped Wi-Fi, a double automated garage, pool table and dartboard (both in the garage), an alarm, electrical fencing as well as a fully enclosed garden.
This house is ideal for a family, group of golfers, couples seeking a romantic seaside stay or a group of friends travelling together.
