Very disappointed.

The hotel has the perfect location, but many downfalls, room not clean and the room services were not up to standard. Always needed to request towels and the coffee station was never replenished.

I was just disappointed with my expectations and the look of the room, there was no bath tub. For the price per night, the superior room is saddening. There's also no backup power, loadshedding leaves you in the dark, and there's not even a complimentary still water. The iron and the ironing board are just poor.
