Bergkraal Akkommodasie offers a self-catering unit and camping in the heart of the Elephant River valley about 15 km outside of Vredendal. Come escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and technology. Ideal for nature lovers or if you might want to go hiking or biking.

This lovely home comprises 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 7 guests at a time. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom contains a double bed, while the third bedroom has 3 single beds. These 2 bedrooms make use of the second bathroom fitted with a bath.

This home features an open-plan design with a kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is equipped with basic self-catering appliances such as a 2-plate gas stove, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery. The living area includes comfortable seating and a dining area where guests can enjoy their meals.

Outside, there is a lovely patio with an outdoor dining table as well as a built-in braai. This property makes use of gas and a generator in the evenings, and there is no electricity.

There are 7 gravel campsites with shared ablution facilities. Note that some weather conditions are outside of the establishment's control and campers are responsible for their own camping equipment.

Bakkies or SUV vehicles are advisable for the gravel roads.
