Description

The Bergview Family Loft is a comfortable, self-contained apartment conveniently situated in Hilton, close to Hilton Life Hospital, various shopping malls, Hilton College, Cowan House, St Anne's, Pietermaritzburg and local restaurants. The apartment offers easy access to the N3 highway. The apartment has a lovely view of the garden, and stunning views of the mountains.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a small lounge and kitchenette area. The first bedroom contains 2 single beds and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The second and third bedrooms each contain a double bed. All the bedrooms have heaters and fans. The second bathroom contains a Victorian bath, a toilet and a washbasin. Linen, towels, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and toilet paper are provided.

The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, gas stove and oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, egg boiler, and a toaster. Complimentary starter tea, sugar, instant coffee, rusks and milk are provided. The drop-side dining room table in the kitchenette can seat 6 guests. There is a small lounge that contains a TV with a selection of DStv channels and there are games and puzzles for kiddies.

The outside patio is furnished with a wrought iron and glass table. Guests may make use the Weber kettle braai, electric braai or the charcoal braai. The patio is shaded by a large umbrella on sunny days or when it's chilly it is a warm, sheltered area getting the morning sun.

The patio is surrounded by a pretty garden and overlooks the fenced swimming pool which guests may use. There is a children's play area with a trampoline and swings for children to play on. Off-street parking behind automated driveway gates is provided.
