I do not feel that this is a 4 star facility.

When having regard to other places I have stayed, I do not feel that this is a 4 star facility.

Thank you for your feedback. It is appreciated and will be looked into, however, it is useless telling us what you ''feel'' the ratings on our establishment appear to be without telling us more specifically what you find needs improvement.
It would be nice for you to tell me what our specific shortcomings are and we will certainly look into making it better for our good guests.
We claim to be one of the more secure and cleanest B&B's in the area, so I am really quite keen to know more of what you are talking about.
