Description

The separate, self-contained flatlet is on the ground level in the same, stylish design, that offers privacy for 2 guests. The flatlet features sliding doors opening to a front terrace. It comprises an ocean-facing sleeping area furnished with a queen-size bed, and a bathroom fitted with a sea-view shower and bath. The are also comfy lounge chairs, a sleeper couch, and a small kitchenette equipped with a Nespresso machine, kettle, and fridge. The apartment features double-glazed windows as well as fibre Wi-Fi, and is secured with an alarm system. The studio has an uninterrupted power supply with a solar system and backup battery. Thus guests will not be affected by load shedding or power failures.

House Rules

- No smoking
- No pets
- Please don't put any towels, wetsuits etc. on the balustrades.
- Please keep windows/sliding doors and pivot door in shower closed and always locked when you leave the apartment. There are baboons in the area.
- There is no TV in the apartment. The villa was designed as a seascape from everyday life to enjoy the beautiful surrounding nature so you won’t miss it. However, fibre Wi-Fi is available.
- Not suitable for small children. The apartment is situated on a steep site, standing high above the ground with steep stairs.
Liability:
- Guests are liable for any damage to the property, equipment or to the surrounding fauna and flora incurred by the Guests, and/or the Guests visitors.
- The owner of the establishment does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage to persons or property of the Guests or the Guests visitors. The premises are used entirely at the guests own risk.
Breakages and Damage
- Guests will be charged for damages caused by tampering with the household systems.
- Guests will be invoiced for breakages and damages, including stains and scratches (beyond normal wear and tear).
- Please inform the establishment about any breakages and damages before leaving as they will need sufficient lead-time to fix/replace and prepare the house for the next guests.
