Perfect choice for a beach holiday.

Perfect location. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you would need for a beach holiday. The fact that it has direct access to the Lucien beach is wonderful.

The most wonderful staycation we had in Margate. Absolute value for money, great customer service and the most wonderful location.

Veilig, netjies en alles wat nodig is, parkering kan 'n groot probleem wees omdat 6 mense nie in 1 voertuig kan ry nie, daar is slegs 1 parkering beskikbaar en die 2 gaste parkerings is nie gewaarborg nie, groot probleem.

Die eenheid is perfek, maar niemand het ons meegedeel dat mense dodelik siek word daar nie. Jy moet honderde rande spandeer aan gekoopte water en die see maak jou siek. My hele gesin was doodsiek 'n dag na ons in die see geswem het. Ek dink dit behoort aan mense oorgedra word wanneer hulle plek bespreek, mens betaal ten duurste om hierdie akkommodasie te huur maar spandeer dan die hele tyd voor die toilet, by dokters ens. En dit is nie net my opinie nie, dit is menige mense se ondervinding daar gewees die vakansie. Wees eerlik met gaste voordat hulle duisende rande betaal vir akkommodasie oor die toestand van die water en see. Ek het ook nog geen woord gehoor oor my breekskade deposito nie, sekerlik was die eenheid geinspekteer net na ons uit is.

My whole family was deathly ill a day after we swam in the sea. I think this should be conveyed to people when they book a place, you pay dearly to rent this accommodation but then spend the whole time in front of the toilet, at doctors etc. And it's not just my opinion, it's the experience of many people who have been there on holiday. Be honest with guests before they pay thousands of rand for accommodation about the state of the water and sea. I haven't heard a word about my breakages deposit either, sure enough the unit was inspected right after we moved out.

We sorry to hear about your bad experience, many people were sick during December, and this is not always something that can be foreseen. According to our Municipality our beaches were all safe to swim in. We did inform you telephonically prior to your arrival to rather buy drinking water and not to swim in lagoons to be on the safe side. Your breakage deposit was refunded in full on the 24 January 2023 to the account number provided.
