Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
The breakage deposit will be refunded within 10 days of the owner's assessment, via EFT deposit into the guest's banking account.
A once-off cleaning service per week is included in the rates, however, additional cleaning can be provided on request at an additional cost per day.
This includes changing of linen and 2 loads of laundry. Ironing will be an additional charge.
No smoking allowed inside the house.
Parties are not allowed.
Furniture and soft furnishings may not be removed from the house.
Bath towels may only be used for inside use and not as swimming towels.
