A delightfully quaint and private two-bedroom, freestanding, self-catering cottage in a garden setting with wonderful views of Boulders Beach from the terrace. The main bedroom has a double bed with side tables, a wardrobe and dressing table as well s a luggage table. In the second bedroom, there are two single beds with side tables, a small wardrobe and a luggage table. The separate, private bathroom has a shower, hand basin and toilet. The kitchen and cosy lounge area are open-plan. French doors open onto a small wooden deck that leads to a private terrace with outdoor seating, BBQ and wonderful views of Boulders Beach. The dining area is in a separate well-lit room.

Description
Coach House has a bedroom with a double bed that is situated on the upper, loft level and accessed via a narrow staircase. There is a delightful view of sea and lighthouse from the bed. The room has an en suite bathroom that is fitted with a short Victorian bath and handheld shower is also on the upper level. On the lower, ground floor level is an open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area. Please note that this unit is not suitable for small children, the elderly or the infirm.

Description
We welcome you to relax in this comfortable and light filled home which is in a truly unique and tranquil setting. From the verandah enjoy uninterrupted and spectacular views of Boulders Beach which is in False Bay on the Indian Ocean. This large three bedroom home offers spacious and separate living ares where you can relax on comfortable couches in the lounge, enjoy meals in the dining room which has great ocean views and a less formal eating area with window seat. The well equipped kitchen has all the basic crockery, cutlery and glassware as well as pots, pans and kitchen tools that you will need for your self-catering holiday. We do not provide blenders and mixers but there is the usual kettle, toaster etc. The main bedroom has a double bed with side tables, a large built in wardrobe with dressing table, a small cane sofa and coffee table as well as a luggage table. The second bedroom has single/twin beds with side tables, a medium sized wardrobe, dressing table and luggage table. It is possible to add an extra single bed to this bedroom for larger groups. The third bedroom is the smaller of the three bedrooms and has a double bed and side tables with a small built in wardrobe. The bathroom is fitted with a large shower and hand basin. There are two separate toilets. From the verandah you can enjoy sweeping views of Boulders Beach and the False Bay coastline. There is comfortable wicker furniture to relax in and a large teak dining table with benches.
