Boulevard 202 is a self-catering apartment in the secure Margate Boulevard complex in the heart of Margate. The complex is located opposite the Margate main beach and is near various restaurants and shops.

This tastefully designed apartment can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The other bedrooms are furnished with either a double bed or 2 single beds. These rooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. Quality linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own towels.

The open-plan living area features a lounge, a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tea- and coffee-making facilities and cutlery and crockery. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with 4 stools. The lounge area is furnished with a comfortable lounge suite. The dining area is furnished with a dining table suitable for 5 guests and a built-in gas braai.
