Perfectly situated and delightful.

Perfectly situated to walk into town or waterfront. Clean and thoughtful furnished. Well stocked kitchen and the little touches of milk and bread meant we did not have to race out to shop as we got there. Thanks Stuart.

Mooiste uitsig op Robbeneiland en die stadion.

Die solderwoonstel is baie oulik, goed toegerus en romanties! Ons was aangenaam verras met die skottelgoedwasser en wasmasjien. Daar is ook heerlike ondervloerse verhitting in die badkamer vir die koue nat aande in Kaap. Ons het heerlike "starter pack" ontvang. Sal weer gebruik vir verblyf omdat dit so sentraal geleë is. Most beautiful view of Robben Island and the stadium.

The loft apartment is very cute, well equipped and romantic! We were pleasantly surprised with the dishwasher and washing machine. There is also lovely underfloor heating in the bathroom for the cold wet evenings in the Cape. We received a delicious "starter pack". Will use again for accommodation as it is so centrally located. Only suggestion might be security guard for cars parked outside.

Light airy and comfortable unit walking distance to waterfront

We spent 4 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family of 4. Our teenagers had their own room and bathroom as did we. Large nicely furnished unit at Green point (lovely suburb) looking out over the rooftops to the Waterfront which is a 20 minute walk away. We had a hired car, for which a car park was available. A 10 minute walk to restaurants and supermarket. We bought provisions and cooked in a well equipped kitchen on a couple of occasions. The owner seems nice but is a man of few words.
