Great customer service, but black mould in bathroom is a health risk.

The host provided the best customer service I could have imagined, but unfortunately the shower had no hot water late at night after we got back from a wedding and the bathroom has black mould on the ceiling and windowsill (other than that and dust on the air-con unit the room was very clean and the bed sheets were a beautiful crisp, clean white). The fridge and kettle with coffee etc was very convenient. If the mould is cleaned and the shower has hot water I would 100% stay there again if I attend another wedding in the area.

The sooner we forget about the place, the better for us!
