Ok. Apart from the poor service on arrival,.

The unit is clean and comfortable. I was supplied with coffee capsules but no coffee machine. On arrival, I was asked to pay a cash deposit, which I was not happy with. Not everyone carries cash anymore as it is not safe. I was told that if I did an EFT, it would take 7 days for the refund to be processed (also not acceptable). I was also informed that I would have to email the agents to communicate with them (no cell number to communicate with a human). If we had not paid for our booking in advance, I would have gone somewhere else as the attitude from the representative was not good. I was told that I was being difficult.
